High-end staff accommodation for the internal workforce of a Fit Fresh company. With two separate 5-stories buildings, designed to house up to 820 persons where the sleeping arrangement is made in dormitory type with communal services and amenities. The residential building sits on a semi-commercial ground floor where dining and leisure facilities are provided along a supermarket. Th angled modular façade units is utilized by flowering planters forming the external façade create a unique and dynamic grid-like pattern while blossoming foliage surround the exterior of the buildings.
